Students who have successfully completed the Transfer process are honored at the Transfer Ceremony during Spring Semester. Each year more and more of our students participate. This event is co-sponsored by the ASCC and TECS center to provide transferring students and their families a place to celebrate their achievements. Dinner is usually provided, along with a motivational speech by Chabot’s President, Dr. Barbarena. A special certificate and gift are also provided to the transferring student with name recognition, major and transferring institution.
