Applicants must have completed the following prerequisite courses at the time of application, (the end of January). One (1) of the prerequisite science courses below may be in progress at the time of application; it must be completed by June 30 of the year of application. Minimum grades of "C" must be earned in the science prerequisite classes listed below:

Applicants must have completed the following prerequisite courses no later than June 30 of the year of application. Minimum grades of “C” must be earned in the prerequisite classes listed below:

The minimum required grade point average for placement into Dental Hygiene is 2.5. Grade point average is calculated from all college courses the student has taken at all colleges attended.
It is not necessary to be a resident of the college's district in order to be placed into the Dental Hygiene program. However, 5 additional points are awarded to students who are district residents.
