Cancellation or "No Show" Policy Fee
Effective
Fall Semester, 2008: Failure to give 24 hour notice of cancellation of an
appointment or "no showing" of two (2) consecutive appointments can result
in a charge of $5.00 on the student’s account. Students should be advised on
this when scheduling their appointment. Failure to pay a no show fee will be
treated according to our policy on unpaid balances, with the exception of
collection accounts.
No showing of three (3) consecutive appointments or more can result in the
patient being discharged from the health center and referred out at the
provider’s discretion.
