GradeQuick

Gradequick is a full-featured, off-line grade book, which allows instructors to customize the grading scale, drop low scores, weight tests or categories of tests, keep attendance, print seating diagrams, and print reports. For more information, click on the GradeQuick website. As far as Blackboard is concerned, it can do much more detailed calculations, but it is not web-based like Blackboard is.

Announcement 2/11/08

The current Gradequick Version 10 will not install on these new operating systems:

The GradeQuick program has been upgraded to Version 11 which is currently available to faculty who have upgraded their home computers to the new operating systems. You can borrow this software for home installation at the Audio/Visual desk on the second floor of the Library.

Otherwise, you will probably want to continue to use your current version until GradeQuick is upgraded on campus. If you have to upgrade GradeQuick on your home computer and have compatibility problems between your home GradeQuick files and your office GradeQuick files, you would then need to contact the Help Desk.

Announcement 2/4/08

GradeQuick 10 is the current version installed in the Hub. GradeQuick 11 has been purchased by the college but is only available on a limited basis. See details below.

Installing the Program on your Computer

If you are upgrading...

Please note that the GradeQuick files that are generated from the new GradeQuick 11 cannot be opened in GradeQuick 10, which is still on all the HUB computers, as well as on the faculty desktops. Anyone upgrading to GradeQuick 11 at home, will have to do the work on his or her home computer until Computer Support are able to do the upgrades on the faculty computers.
