CTL Arenas - Great Teacher Award

Everyone likes to be appreciated and recognized for all of the hard work that we do everyday helping our students, planning our lessons, delivering inspiring words.  While many are recognized for doing the big tasks, how often is recognition given to the always dependable behind-the-scenes worker?  Not nearly enough!

To honor instructors who are always working to improve Chabot but are typically not widely praised for their continuous efforts, in May of each year one faculty member from each division will be honored as a Great Teacher.  Each instructor receiving this award will receive a paid trip to the Community College League of California's Great Teachers Seminar, held in August in Santa Barbara.

Congratulations to each of our Great Teachers and thank you for your dedication to our students and our college.
