Request official transcripts from all previously attended schools and colleges to be sent directly to Admissions and Records Office.
Complete an Advanced Standing Application. Open April -Oct of each year. Mandatory orientation for the Fall 2016 N70 Transition class will be held in May 10 at 10:00 room 2258, building 2200, 2nd floor OR May date and time TBA
All applicants will be required to take and pass the TEAS (Test of Essential Academic Skills) with an Adjusted Individual Score 62% version V. For more information about the TEAS please go to www.atitesting.com
Last step, make an appointment with a Counselor (510) 723.6735 when your transcripts have arrived at the college. It will also be helpful for you to take the Advanced Standing Application with you when you meet with the counselor, who will evaluate your transcripts as it applies to your specific goals.
Four to six weeks after the application and transcripts have been received you will receive a letter from the nursing program director outlining your specific path into the Chabot Nursing Program.
