The CCEPG Framework guides the content and experience of CCEPG sessions.
In each session, facilitators aim to create an atmosphere of:
- Playfulness
- Intentional relationship building
- Appreciation for what’s good
- Mindfulness about equity of voice
- Assuming positive intentions
- Addressing discomfort
- Validating multiple ways of knowing and communicating
- Understanding complexity, systems thinking, and intersectionality
- Seeing patterns, holding contradictory thoughts & feelings simultaneously
