Adobe Dreamweaver CS 3 & 4 has built-in features for accessibility that prompts the user to incorporate accessibility as they create their web pages and sites.
- Adobe Reader 9
Reader 9 has a built-in accessibility wizard, which allows you to define custom settings for reading PDF documents. These settings include screen reading, color replacement, subtitles and captions, and custom zoom settings. Reader 9 is available for free here.
