1. (20 minutes) Online Tutoring FIG and Implementation. We need to begin to do the following:
a). Revise our proposal.
b). Create a timeline for the Spring 2010 Semester for our research and the Implementation of an Online Tutoring pilot.
c). Decide who will be involved in the research and implementation.
d). Create a Budget.
2. (10 minutes) Proposal Reviews: Status Updates
3. ( 10 minutes) Winter Institute @ONE incentives:
a). How many do we want to offer?
b). Will $100.00 Per person be o.k.?
4. (5 minutes) Demo Workshop Debriefing (5 minutes)
