6. Student Success: How can we improve overall student success in online classes rather than simply student retention?

7. @0NE incentives in ratio to our limited budget funds. We need to decide how we will offer the incentives this Fall 09 semester.

8. Discussion regarding Online fair use restrictions of Video materials in online classes.
