Agenda:

1. Student Success: How can we improve overall student success in online classes rather than simply student retention?

2. A Flex Day, (October 6, 2009), Proposal entitled: "Information on the Benefits and Flexibility of Hybrid Online Learning for both face-to-face and partially online courses", has been submitted and I need feedback from each of the COOL members on what we have planned for the presentation. The chair will have a rough draft and a basic demo completed using Blogs and Journals in Blackboard 9. However, the chair needs some constructive criticism to be sure that she is on the right track.

3. Continuation of @ONE Incentives: We have some money to offer to our fellow faculty to encourage them to pursue online training. However, our budget is smaller than in past years and we need to discuss how we will offer these incentives in the future.

4. Reminder to each of us in the COOL that proposal reviews are due by Monday October 12, 2009.
