Getting Started with Blackboard: The steps for setting up an account/site

Overview of the process:

Request enrollment into the online, self-paced, "Introduction/orientation to Blackboard" site through our support request form. Whether you are new to Blackboard or have taught with Blackboard at another college, this site will help you familiarize yourself with the system and Chabot- specific processes & support.
One you submit your request using the above form, within 24 hours you should receive an email from CWS staff containing the link to the self-paced course, instructions for requesting live course sites, as well as other resources.
