Quick Edit: Display View / Edit View
This feature allows you to edit a page you are browsing without going through
the Control Panel.
To use it, click into the content area you want to edit (in the course menu on
the left). You will see "Edit View" in the upper right corner. Clicking on Edit
View will give you the same editing options as when you go through the Control
Panel. Once in the Edit View, you can go back to the Display View by clicking
"Display View in the upper right corner. The Display View is the view that
students will see (it leaves out items that are not available).

Course Statistics
You can track when your students log into your
course, as well as what areas of the course they access by clicking Course
Statistics in your Control Panel (Control Panel > Course Statistics). One thing worth noting here: each time a
Blackboard support person accesses your course, it gets recorded in the
statistics for Guest. Therefore, don't be alarmed if guest access is disabled,
and you see a bunch of hits recorded.
The Glossary Manager
The Glossary Manager allows you to add terms
and accompanying definitions to your class.
You can turn this feature off by going into Control Panel, clicking Manage
Tools, clicking Tool Availability, then un-checking the Available box for
Glossary. You can always enable it later by checking the box.
