student learning and success. @ONE’s programs provide training
and online resources for free - or at a very low cost - thanks
to funding from the California Community College Chancellor's
Office Telecommunication and Technology Infrastructure Program
(TTIP). Training formats include desktop webinars,

Blackboard Upgrade News
Our Blackboard system is scheduled for a minor patch update (CU4
- Cumulative Patch 4 as well as building blocks) on the 10th of
August at 1:30am, lasting approximately until 05:30 AM
In January of 2016,
Blackboard was upgraded from the 9.1 April 2014 release to the
October 2014 release. While this was
not a major upgrade, it included some changes to the Blackboard
Collaborate web conferencing tool (the interface is much cleaner
and users won’t have to download and install Java-reliant files
in order to use the tool). Also, the spell check feature was
fixed to check spelling as you type.
