HOW IT WORKS - FOR ADMIN ASSISTANTS

Administrative assistants can get access to Chabot Door Cards in a way that will let them create accounts and door cards for others.

1. Log In

If you don't have a login, create an account. When you're done, notify the webmaster to give you access to create accounts / door cards for other people.

2. Click "Manage Other Users / Door Cards" Link

If you don't see the link, notify the webmaster to give you access to create accounts / door cards for other people.

3. Manage Other Users / Door Cards

If you'd like to create a door card for someone, first see if that person already has an account and is listed.

  1. If they are listed, you can simply click the "Log In" link to be logged in as them and create door cards for them.
  2. If they are not listed, you can create an account for them by entering their name and email address. (Their username and password will automatically be generated). You will then see them in the list and can log in as them.

Note: After logging in as someone else, you can do everything they can do except see and update their login username and password. Account owners can always log in later to update their account and create door cards themselves.
