Start your first 4 to 6 weeks of training staying between 60 – 70%. Finish every aerobic training
session feeling like you could have kept going to another 5 minutes.  
Aerobic training is like all other types of exercise. 
A medium workout (70 – 80%) should be followed with one or two easier days training in the 60 - 70% range.
