Zone E-Mail (ZoneMail) Transition
Starting this March 2,2010 our Financial Aid Office will be
sending e-mail notifications to all current and prospective financial
aid students at Chabot College. All Chabot students
have a Zone E-mail account (ZoneMail). As we transition into 100% online
communication we encourage you to log in to your ZoneMail today.
What you need to do Today!
Step 1: Log into The Zone using your W# and your CLASSWeb pin
Step 2: From the Zone, find out your District
ZoneMail username
Step 3: Sign in to your ZoneMail using your ZoneMail
Username and Zone password
Step 4: If you wish to simply forward your ZoneMail
to your personal email elsewhere follow these instructions:
Sign into your ZoneMail
Click on "Settings"
Click the "Forwarding & POP/IMAP" link
Select "Forward a Copy of incoming mail to.."
Enter your personal e-mail address (example:
janedoe@hotmail.com)
Click "Save Changes" at the bottom of the page
