PRIORITY OBJECTIVES
During the planning retreat in May,
IPBC establishes Priority Objectives, excerpted from the Strategic Plan.
Their selection is based on progress made in the preceding year, recurring
themes and initiatives from division summaries, unit plans, and input from
governance committee chairs about the feasibility of accomplishing the
objectives.
