Computer Lab Reservation

Two computer labs are available for instructors to reserve for class use. Check the schedule below for computer lab availability.

For regular/recurring requests, the computer lab can be requested once per week or once every other week per section for a maximum duration of one hour, fifteen minutes. Please be aware for weekly requests that your computer lab time will be added to the class schedule and your original classroom will be released during that time for other use.

For one-time/non-recurring requests, the computer lab can be requested as needed and will be scheduled as availability permits.

To reserve the lab, complete and submit the Lab Request. Instructors are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis, and you will receive a confirmation email once your request has been processed.

BE AWARE that while we will enter all requests received in 25Live, those received with short notice may not be processed and confirmed in advance of your requested time. We will make every effort to accommodate all requests, but please try to give as much advance notice of your request as possible.

Please note, weekly requests are scheduled through the last day of instruction. You must submit a separate request to reserve the lab during Finals.

For questions or concerns about requests, please email learningconnection@chabotcollege.edu or call (510) 723-6920.
