Welcome to Fall, Students! While the Library is still Physically closed until Further Notice, We are still open with resources 24/7! Please use our ONLINE RESOURCES AND USE CHAT REFERENCE. Chabot Librarians are available through the week. Check our Hours page for times.

UNFORTUNATELY, TEXTBOOK RESERVE SERVICES ARE NOT AVAILABLE THIS SEMESTER.

Returns-- On the left is an icon to the map of our Book Returns. You may return Chabot Library books and DVD's to the book drops located at any of the locations.  Returned items will be checked-in within two weeks.  No late fees will be charged.  For help with returns please contact rbelcher@chabotcollege.edu, stran@chabotcollege.edu, or blewis@chabotcolege.edu.  You may also leave a voicemail message at (510)723-7513 and your call will be returned as soon as possible.

Please do not place laptops or hotspots in the book drops; instead contact edishman@chabotcollege.edu or mhuerta@chabotcollege.edu to coordinate those returns.  You can also leave a voicemail message at (510)723-6766 and your call will be returned as soon as possible.

If you owe the bookstore a textbook you rented, they should have contacted you and provided you a mail label and directions on how to mail that textbook.

Below-- a lot of your course novels, nonfiction books and other works are available electonically!  Click on title, copy and paste the URL to a new window, and after you enter your W ID number and six digit Class-WEB PIN, your ebook is there ready for you to read! UNFORTUNATELY, DUE TO COVID COURSE RESERVES (which often include textbooks from your course) IS NOT AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME
