What next guy

What next?
What if you are in a database that does not have a direct link to the journal portal?  What if an instructor wants you to browse a particular journal or you want to browse individual journals for a particular subject area?

There are 3 different methods to find a journal:

1.Go directly into the Journal Portal from the the Databases to Magazines, Journal, Newpaper and E-Book Articles page (lower left box titled "Individual Journals")

2.  Search the Library Catalog (select "Periodical Title" from the pull down menu on the right).

3.  If browsing individual journal titles by subject, start at the Library home page, under Library Research, go to Subject Guides, select a discipline, and then find links under "Journals."

For the rest of this lesson, we will locate a journal by doing the first method: going directly into the Journal Portal.
