We will be offering a one day only class for American Heart Association HealthCare Worker CPR on July 18, 2009. Time: 9:00 - 5:30 PM Room 3115. Cost: $50

This class is a courtesy to the incoming nursing program students and alternates. You may take the HealthCare Provider course anywhere asl ong as the class is AMA Certified.
After TEAS is completed and passed students will be given student packet with information for background and drug testing(form will be included).
Go to Background Check VerifyCredentials.com to make your payment ($87) and begin the process. You MUST have your drug screen completed within 48 hours of your payment. Do not complete the drug screen without first making the payment or you will need to repeat the drug screen.
Forms are due August 5, 2009 Medical Form, Dental Form, Immunization Explanation, Symptom Review Flu shots will not be required until October, 2009.
