Drop-in Online Learning Orientations and On-campus Assistance

Students can drop-in for an Orientation to Online Learning, including how to log in to Blackboard, how to get started in their online class, how to use Blackboard, and tips for online learning success. Students may also be interested in the self-paced, online version of the Orientation to Online Learning.

Online Learning now offers students an opportunity to get in-person assistance in Student Online Services (Building 700, Room 709) during the hours listed below.

Students requiring technical support (such as password resets or technical-issues) should still use the help form or email onlinelearning@chabotcollege.edu.
