Where to seek Help with Blackboard/Online Courses and other issues

We can help you with:

I am having problems logging in to Blackboard.
I need my Blackboard password reset.

I am having a problem viewing/finding something on my course's Blackboard site.
I am having a problem with the Discussion Board.
I am having another problem with Blackboard (difficulty submitting an assignment, etc.).

I need my quiz/exam reset.
We are unable to reset quizzes or exams for students. You will need to contact your instructor to ask for a reset.

I have a question about or am having problems logging into the Zone (or with my Zonemail).
Please contact the Zone Help Desk at helpzone@clpccd.org or 925-424-1710 (Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm).

I can't login to CLASS-Web. OR I am having trouble with my registration.
Please contact Admissions and Records at 510-723-6700 or ccarcom@chabotcollege.edu. You can also visit A&R on-campus in Building 700 (check their webpage or call for current opening hours).

I need an add number for a course.
We are unable to provide add numbers; you will need to contact the course instructor to ask if there is space available in the course and/or to ask for an add number.

I have a question about or am having problems with the Blackboard site for my course at Las Positas College.
We are only able to provide Blackboard technical support for courses at Chabot College. If your course is at Las Positas College, please contact LPC Blackboard Support.

I need you to take a look at my computer/laptop/iPhone.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide technical support for any computers or other hardware. (However, we may sometimes suggest trying something different on your computer, such as changing your browser or browser settings, etc.)
