Where To Go for Assistance
Most students who have a question about online learning or require assistance with Blackboard submit a help request to Online Learning or email firstname.lastname@example.org, as most issues can be resolved online. Students can expect a response within 24 hours (during business hours), although most responses will occur much more quickly.
In-person general assistance is available in the Online Services (OS) lab (Downstairs in Building 700, Room 709). Please note that all requests for technical assistance and log in/password questions should be directed to the online form or email listed above.

The online orientation navigates you through general information about online learning and how to get started in your online/hybrid course, steps and videos for logging in and using Blackboard, tips for success, and much more.
Where to Go for Help - More Resources
I need my Blackboard quiz/exam/test reset.
It is up to the instructor whether or not a test/quiz/exam/assessment can be reset for an attempt made by a student. Please contact your instructor to ask whether they will reset the particular assessment.
I have a question about or am having problems logging into the Zone (or with my Zonemail).

I can't login to CLASS-Web. OR I am having trouble with my registration.

I need an add number for a course.

Is Online Counseling available?
