Adora Garrick placed third in the women's shot put with a mark of 10.66 meters in the Coast Conference Track and Field Championship.

Chabot thrower Adora Garrick placed third in the women's shot put with a mark of 10.66 meters in the Coast Conference Track and Field Championship on Wednesday, 4/27 at De Anza.
With the track finals set for Saturday, Chabot's men's team looks like it will be neck-and-neck with De Anza for second place. Hartnell is the likely men's champion.
The Gladiators' 4x100 and 4x400 men's relays are ranked first heading into the finals.
The following Chabot individuals cracked the top nine in the trials and qualified for the finals:
Jazz Singh, 100, 200; Aziim Alishlah, 100, 200; Rhomel Clarke, 200, 400; Daimar Morris, 400; Conner Mckinnon, 800; Jason Intravaia, 1,500; Leroy Elliott, 110 hurdles.
