2/1/2008: Women's Basketball traveled to City College of San Francisco to regain confidence from last games defeat. The lady Gladiators were beat 37-71 to give them a 2 game losing streak and hopes of bouncing back next game. Top performers were Shoshanah Finley scoring 18 points, 4 rebounds, and 3 steals. Seqouya Reed scored 10 points and 3 rebounds.
1/30/2008: Women's Basketball hosted a highly ranked Foothill College in a tough game. The lady Gladiators battled hard, but Foothill was too much losing with a score of 46-63. Top Chabot performer included Shoshanah Finley scoring 15 points and 3 steals. Seqouya Reed tallied 10 points, 4 rebounds, and 2 steals. Angela Goodall score 8 points and 10 rebounds. Juliette Richards also scored 8 points with 4 rebounds.
1/28/08: Women's Basketball tallied a win loss record of 7 wins and 2 losses which included beating a highly ranked Lassen College and sister school rival Las Positas College. The women have a total record of 13-9 and is sitting tied for 3rd with CCSF in conference standings.
12/15/2007: Women's basketball traveled to Sierra College for another tough opponent. The ladies came home with a defeat of 46-60. Top performances from Juliette Richards scored 16 points and 6 rebounds. Nokey Brown scored 13 points and 6 assists. Angela Goodall also contributed 11 points and 8 rebounds.
12/13/2007: the women facing of a tough and high ranked
Siskiyous College on Tuesday .
They played tough keeping the close for the entire game, but Siskiyous played
with more desire winning by 7 with a score of 59-52. Top Player performance were
from Shoshanah Finley scored 16 points, 3 rebounds, and a steal. Nokey Brown and
Sequoya Reed both scored 8 points each.
11-20-2007: Women basketball traveled to Marin for an easy win. The total score was 69-38. Shoshanah Finley top amongst the top scorer for Chabot with 17 points, followed by Angela Goodall with 12 points, and Felesha Adams with 11 points.
11/29-12/1/2007: The women started the Contra Costa tournament on Thursday against Yuba College beating them 79-62 advancing them to the winners bracket against Siskiyous. The women faced up against Siskiyous on Friday and won with a close score of 60-59 putting them into the finals. Saturday, Championship day the Lady Gladiators faced a conference rival City College of San Francisco and lost with a score of 31-59. The women's record is 3-3
11/27/2007: Women Basketball traveled to Butte College For another preseason game. The lady Gladiators fought hard, but ended up losing 55-81.

2/2/2007: The Chabot women's Basketball team traveled to Skyline college across the bay in San Bruno, Ca. The ladies returned home with another loss on their record giving them a three game losing streak. Overall score was 49-30 (no stats provided).
1/31/2007: First game of the week was on Wednesday where the Lady Gladiators hosted Las Positas Lady Hawks. Chabot has already faced LPC and hopes to split the wins with our sister school. The lady Glads stayed in the game for the first half keeping the score close, but in the end the lady Gladiators looked tired and lost by 17 points to Las Positas with an overall score of 47-30 (No stats provided). For Las Positas inaugural season they have a 2-0 record against Chabot women's hoops. We can only hope that the Chabot Coach can better the team for next year to even the score.
1/26/07: Women hosted CCSF for another conference game. CCSF started pressing Chabot which gave the team less time to develop an offense. Chabot Loses To CCSF 63-28 (No Stats provided).
1/24/07: The women played Monterey Peninsula College (MPC) with identical overall records of 3-18. This was an even matched game on paper. Chabot did not believe that this team could beat them, so they came into the game with confidence and it showed on the court. The women dominated MPC beating them 57-32. Top performers for Chabot were Angela Goodall with 24 points, 13 rebounds, and 3 steals. Lyndsey Mietz added 17 points, 10 rebounds, and 3 assists. Tiennifer Rowe contributed 8 points, 11 rebounds, and 2 steals.
1/19/07: Women's Basketball visited San Mateo College. CSM beats Chabot 60- 50. Top players for Chabot are Angela Goodall provided 18 points, 18 rebounds, and 2 steals. Lyndsey Mietz added 10 points, 5 rebounds, and 2 assists. Wynoka Brown contributed 10 points, 5 assists, and 3 steals.
1/12/2007: The team was at home for a double header feature
against Foothill College. The lady Glads opened up the night giving their worst
performance losing by 34 point in an embarrassing overall score of 23-57. Angela
Goodall scored 9 points, 11 rebounds, and 5 steals. Tiennifer Rowe scored 6
points, 6 rebounds, and one block. Lyndsey Mietz scored 5 points and 3 rebounds.
The women's conference record as of 1/14/2007 is 0-4 with an overall record of
3-18.
1/10/2007: The Lady Gladiators traveled to Las Positas on Wednesday night for what could be a inter-district rivalry game. The girls had been struggling all season long and with this rivalry game on the line would hope to spark a turn around for the season. This did not happen as Las Positas rolled the lady Glads by 19 points with an overall score of 63-44, Las Positas takes the first ever Women's Basketball game between Both Schools. Top performers for the game were Angela Goodall with 17 points, 12 rebounds, and 1 block. Tiennifer Rowe had an season high score of 10 points, 8 rebounds, and 2 steals. Lyndsey Mietz contributed 7 points and 4 rebounds.
1/6/2007: Saturday was a double header with the women hosting Butte College and the men hosting Feather River College. The women are having a tough season so far and it is not getting better. The team is down to only 6 players and a rocky start in conference play. The lady Gladiators struggled the entire game missing shots and giving up turnovers. Butte College beats Chabot 63-26 (No stats Provided).
1/5/2007: The women basketball team visited CCSF in hopes to bounce back from their conference opener loss. The Gladiators gave it their all coming up short losing 41-68. Top scorer was Lyndsey Mietz with a total of 18 points, 5 rebounds, and 2 assists. Angela Goodall put up 14 points, 11 rebounds, and a block. Jennifer Wong contributed 5 points, 4 assists, and 2 steals.
1/3/06: The week started off on Wednesday with the women at home against Skyline College. The women battled till the end, but lost in overtime 46-39. Lyndsey Mietz led the Gladiators with 14 points, 7 rebounds, and 2 assists. Nokie Brown helped with 11 points, 5 rebounds, and 5 assists. Angela Goodall contributed 10 points, 17 rebounds, and 3 steals.
1/2/07: The women basketball team faced their last two opponents
of the year last week and the men won their first tournament of the year.
The women faced Los Medanos on 12/28/2006 losing by 15 points in an overall
score of 36-51 (no stats provided). The women then played at Cabrillo College on
12/29/2006 beating them by 17 points with the overall score of 61-44 (no stats
provided).
12/19/06: The women started their three day basketball trip on Thursday traveling to Lassen College. The women lost in double digits 60-36. The next day the women visited Siskiyous and lost another battle 68-35. Last day Saturday they traveled to Shasta College losing 63-34. (No statistics were provided for any games).
11/27/06: This has been an uneventful holiday week. The women's
basketball team had only one game this week. They traveled to Sacramento City
College on Tuesday 11/21/2006. The women battled hard, but ended up short losing
49-65. Stellar performances from Angela Goodall, Wywonka Brown, and Lyndsey
Mietz.
Angela Goodall provided 14 points and 6 blocks.

11/20/06: Last Friday the Women's Basketball team faced a small
Porterille College team. This game was the women's first game of the season. The
women lost to Porterville 48-51. Angela Goodall was Chabot leading scorer with
13 points, 12 rebounds, and 1 block. Nokie Brown also tallied 12 points, 3
rebounds and 4 assists. Lyndsey Mietz added 9 points, 4 rebounds, and 1 assist.
Saturday Women's Basketball hosted Mendocino College. the lady Gladiators
started off slow but picked it up in the second half beating Mendocino 54-37.
Angela Goodall had a great game putting up 25 points 15 rebounds, and 3 steals.
Nokie Brown contributed 11 points, 2 assists, and 3 steals. Lyndsey Mietz added
7 points, 3 rebounds, and 4 steals.
2/23/06: Chabot College Women Basketball Team played Ohlone
College in the first round of the Regionals playoffs last night at Ohlone
College.
Chabot lost by a score of 74 - 67. Ashley Craver with 14 points, Amy Elliott
with 13 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists, Juliette Richards with 10 points and 7
rebounds. With this lost Chabot Women Basketball comes to an end.

February 15 against San Mateo College and won by a score of 65 - 50.
Amy Elliott and Finausina Tovo both with 14 points, Lyndsey Mietz with 10

points, Aundrea Carter and Juliette Richards each with 4 points.
Then on Friday February 17 the Women's team played against Gavilan College

2/13/06: The Women Basketball Team also played on Wednesday last
week and lost to Foothill College by a score of 46 - 62. Ashley Craver with 14
points, 4 assists and 2 steals, Amy Elliott with 10 points, 4 assists and 2
steals, Aundrea Carter with 9 points, Kayla Lynch with 6 points, Wayneika Fore
with 3 points, Julliette Richards and Finausina Tovo both with 2 points.
Then Chabot played again on Friday and lost to CCSF by a score of 57 - 68.

With Victoria Rameriz scoring 15 pts., getting 8 rebounds, 1 assist and 8 blocks. Shiloh Morrison with 8 pts., 3 rebounds, 1 steal and 6 assist. Ashley Craver with 7 pts., 4 rebounds and 3 steals.
