This certificate has been designed to provide students an indroduction to multicultural theory and psychology counseling skills needed to work as a service provider in a social service setting.

Program Level Outcome 2
The student will conduct a self assessment and self reflection component as part of the psychology counseling skill set. The self assessment needs to be in relationship to the culturally diverse community and world in which we currently live and also to evalute service providers' internalized values which may affect their provision of services in a non judgemental process.
