Coach Cal has been at Chabot College since 2003. In 2004 was named head football coach. He was the 10th head coach hired at Chabot. He is the 3rd winningest coach in school history. Coach Cal played QB and catcher for the Gladiators from 86-89 before transferring to Sonoma State University playing both football and baseball. After playing baseball in the S.F. Giants organization from 91-94 he was hired at his alma mater San Leandro High School. He coached there from 95-02, reaching the Division 1 NCS finals 4 years in a row.

Coach Cal has been married to Cheri since 1998. They have four kids. Maddi (12), Ally (10), Jake (8), Josh (6)

Coach Goulet is the longest tenured coach at Chabot College. He has been the Offensive Coordinator since 2008. Since taking the reins in 2008 the offense increased in scoring, yards per game and total offense each year. This past year the Chabot offense was ranked 11th in total yards per game, and 8th in scoring. Coach Goulet is one of the top young coaches in Northern California.

Coach Goulet is married to Barbara and they have a daughter named Adrian (3 years old).

Coach Manos has been on staff since 2008. He took over as the Defensive Coordinator in 2009. This past year was one of Chabot College's strongest defenses in school history. They were ranked#2 in total defense. Coach Manos brings a lot of experience and enthusiasm to the Gladiators defense.

Coach Manos is married to Liz and they have a son named Eli (1 years old)
