1:15-3:15 building 500 Program Cluster Meetings - Goal is to produce an action plan for a few specific strategies that will support students in each program.

What are needs of students in this group and how do we support them?  Focus on: Students who know their major/field of study.

Review suggestions for tactics made at Convocation and in follow-up survey, add any others that are specific to programs. Select a few to begin focusing work on (30 minutes-cluster group)

  • What can be accomplished quickly and without significant resources?
  • What will take more time to develop and/or significant resources?

Begin developing key identified support activities (1 hour-cluster groups)

Focus on student success skills identified - how do we know if they have them; how do we explicitly teach them? (30 minutes-entire group)
