The Veterans Affairs Administration is authorized by law to provide a wide range of benefits to those who have served their country in the Armed Forces and to their dependents. The Chabot College Veterans Services Office is primarily responsible for administration of veteran educational benefits programs. We look forward in helping you in your academic success!

 
 

Please read important changes to Priority Registration: Effective Summer/Fall 2014 registration, per SB 1456, all students including veterans or service members must have completed college orientation, assessment, and developed student education plan to receive the highest level of priority. Students who are active-duty military, veterans, and/or reservists will continue to receive priority registration if they meet and complete the following requirements:

 
  1. DD-214 or proof of military status on file with the Chabot Veterans Services Office

  2. College Orientation

  3. Assessment

  4. Student Education Plan: Visit the Front Desk Counselor on the 2nd floor of Building 700

  5. Maintain good academic standing.

  To check your status, log into CLASS-Web and click the Check your Priority Registration Status link under Student Services & Financial Aid tab. Veterans priority registration for spring 2015 semester is on November 11, 2014.
