Chabot and Las Positas Colleges
AA/AS Degrees and Occupational Certificates
1990-2001
Both Chabot and Las Positas Colleges experienced a surge of degree graduates in 1993-94, and then a large drop in graduates during 1994-95. Both the increase and the decrease were related to students wanting to graduate in 1993-94 before the new semester system started in Fall 94, leaving fewer to graduate the next year. Since 1994-95, the number of degree graduates at Chabot has declined, but there was a substantial increase in 1999-2000. At Las Positas, the number of degree graduates has steadily increased since 1994-95, and there was a dramatic increase in 1999-2000. At both colleges, the number of degrees declined this year, while certificate numbers rose at Chabot and fell at LPC. |
