Okay, let's say that you were interested in other scholarly/peer-reviewed articles that have been researched in the past two years.

1.  Under Refine Your Results go to "Limit To" and move the sliding date scroll bar to the right until it it only two years ago.

2.  Mark the box next to "Scholarly (Peer Reviewed Journals)" so that it is checked.
