Locate It on the Web

There are several ways to find what you need on the Web.

Use a known Web address.
To search by a known URL, type it in the search box of your browser and press Enter. Be sure to check for typos!

Bookmark (or Favorite) a known Web address.  Save the link to the desired page in your browser's memory, and to be able to retrieve it from anywhere, save it in a bookmarks manager site such as Del.icio.us or Stumbleupon

3 Use a subject directory to browse a selection of Web sites chosen by the directory's authors. Infomine
Use a search engine to search its database of Web pages (especially the Library's custom Google search engine, Public WWW Sites Selected by Librarians).
