How to setup your doorcard

  1. Click on Doorcard Template to download to your computer, then upload it to your Chabot Microsoft OneDrive. 
  2. Update your doorcard that's saved in your OneDrive.
  3. Copy the link to your doorcard by setting the Share permission, set it to "Anyone with the link can view it" and click on 'Copy'.
  4. Create or update your employee profile and paste the link to the Door Card field, then save.
  5. Open your employee profile from the 'Find People' link located at the top of any Chabot College webpage.
    Your doorcard will appear in your profile, as "My Office Hours". 
  6. Future Updates: To update your doorcard for future semester, you can simply update your Doorcard Excel file in your OneDrive, and it will be shown live online for visitors to see.
