Due to the current health emergency, in-person outreach will be suspended until further notice. 

Our outreach team will have drop in (Zoom) sessions for the community to support students interested in attending Chabot. Please see the zoom-in information and links below.

Our outreach team can present to high school, middle school, and community organizations providing information that includes:

The Chabot College Financial Aid Office can present to your class, program, school or community organization, about the many financial aid opportunities available.

Things to Remember

As of 4/20/2020

Spring 2020

  • Current students have grading options until the end of the semester. Visit the Admissions and Records Office website for details.
  • Registration for Summer and Fall 2020 starts on 4/15. Visit the Admissions and Records Office website for details.
  • It's not too late to apply for 2020-2021 or 2020-2021 FAFSA or CA Dream Act Application. Visit the Financial Aid Office website for details.
  • If your income has changed due to the current health pandemic, submit a Special Circumstances form to the Financial Aid Office email so that your financial aid can be re-calculated.
  • Current students who may be facing financial difficulty can submit the Friends of Chabot College Emergency Aid Application for a maximum of $500 in aid. Visit the Friends of Chabot College website for details.

Summer 2020

  • Summer courses at Chabot will be online. Register through CLASS-Web. Options for Middle School and High School students are also available!
  • Summer Bridge will be online. Visit El Centro's website to apply online.
  • New students attending Chabot and enrolled full-time will be guaranteed Free Tuition for the First Year if they submit their FAFSA/CA Dream Act Application by July 1st. Visit the Financial Aid Office website for details.
  • For financial aid purposes, students must be enrolled in 12 units to be considered full-time during the summer, fall and spring. Contact the Financial Aid Office for details.
