Frank Ko, MBA

Professionally, Frank Ko holds a C-10 Electrical Contractors License (retired). He has been a Partner and Systems Integration Manager in two successful Home Automation/Home Theater enterprises for 27 years predominantly at the San Francisco Design Center consulting to architects, builders and interior designers.
Frank Ko has also been a technology educator for 3 decades. He emphasizes the development of students’ problem solving skills and proficiency of practical hands-on exercises with real-world applications. His goal is to heighten the students’ confidence of understanding of technical skills to the point where they can apply what they have learned by being able to confidently coach fellow classmates and others!
Frank Ko holds an MBA: Masters’ Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Information Security and Digital Assurance Management. He is Cisco Networking Academy certified to teach their IT Essentials & IoT Connecting Things courses, and Network+ certified.
Nabil Alhamal

Nabil Alhamal holds Bachelors of Science in Computer Science and Computer Engineering from California State University East Bay. He also holds an Associates of Science in Electronic Systems Technology, and Certificates of Achievement in Industrial Technology and Consumer Technology from Chabot College. He has been involved in the Chabot Community, and specifically the ESYS program since 2015. He started working as a student assistant to Faculty, then as a Lab Technician for the program, and has been providing instruction to students since February 2022.
Nabil also served in the US Armed Forces for 8 years prior in the Logistics field.
Nabil enjoys electronic circuit building and design, woodworking, Computer Aided Design in 2D and 3D, and microcontroller programming.
