CCN: Find and register to ENGL 7A (C1001) for Fall 2025

To find and register for courses in our registration system (MyPortal), we recommend using Advanced Search.

1. Click the "Advanced Search" button at the bottom of the registration/search page

2. For Subject, select "English CC"

3. For Course Number, enter "7A"

4. Click the "Section Search" button

5. Look for "ENGL 7A," which is the new "ENGL C1001: Critical Thinking and Writing" course
