Parminder Singh
Adjunct Faculty
I hold a Master’s and M.Phil. degrees in Economics, both earned with an A grade, in India. My professional journey began in education—as a Lecturer in Economics and it ignited a deep and lasting passion for teaching that has stayed with me ever since.
After moving to the United States, my career path shifted toward real estate. Since 2008, I have worked in the real estate industry, and today, I am a licensed Real Estate Broker and President of my own brokerage, American Deals Realty.
In addition to my professional pursuits, I am formally trained in Indian Classical Music and continue to enjoy singing and performing.
Despite my success in real estate, the desire to teach never left me. That’s why I am truly excited & grateful to return to the academic world as part of the faculty at Chabot College. For me, teaching is more than a profession—it’s a calling. There is something incredibly rewarding about guiding students, sharing knowledge and helping them discover their own potential.
