Born and raised in the Bay Area of Northern California, I am a true native son. After attending UCSB, I returned to the East Bay and raised a family with my wife, partner and best friend. In the ensuing years, I held management positions in Title and Escrow, Finance, Real Estate and Technology Training. These experiences have given me an invaluable background and enabled me to educate students and clients alike. I have always enjoyed being a trainer and educator. I have held a California Department of Real Estate license since 1987 and am thoroughly familiar with local and state Real Estate laws and practices.
