I am an Oakland, California native and a dedicated counselor with more than ten years of experience in the counseling field. I began my counseling career at Chabot College, where I developed a strong passion for supporting students as they navigate their educational and career journeys. My work is rooted in a commitment to serving underserved and historically underrepresented populations. I enjoy helping students identify their strengths, explore their interests, and develop meaningful educational and career goals that align with their aspirations. I currently serve as a part-time General Counselor supporting the Law and Public Safety pathway. In this role, I enjoy connecting with students, providing guidance and encouragement, and helping them identify the resources and pathways they need to move toward their academic and professional goals.
