Quentin Clark is a Geographer and GIS specialist. He graduated from the University of Oregon in 2009 with a Bachelor of Arts in Geography and Political Science. He obtained a Graduate Certificate in GIS from Portland State University in 2013, and an MA in Geography from San Francisco State University in 2015. Within the field of GIS, Quentin’s areas of expertise include cartographic design, spatial analysis, GPS data collection and integration, species distribution modeling, database management, metadata development, and license administration. In addition to GIS, Quentin’s research & teaching interests include invasive species ecology, natural resource management, the distribution of anadromous fish species, and geopolitics. He brings over 13 years of professional GIS experience to Chabot College, along with over 10 years of teaching experience at San Francisco State University where he is a Lecturer and Academic Advisor in the School of the Environment.
