The last time the Chabot shared governance handbook was updated was in 2017. This year a committee will meet to gather feedback from campus and reflect on whether further updates are needed. What would you like to stay the same? What would you like to change? Come to this session to share ideas and give us your feedback!

Brief Outline:

  • Next, we will gather their feedback: What would they like to stay the same? What would they like to change? What ideas do you have to increase participation? What ideas do you have to refine the structure of the shared governance committees? What obstacles have you experienced in our collegial consultation process?
