TRIO Teach

The Chabot College TRIO TEACH program offers academic support and career exploration for education majors planning to transfer to four-year colleges. We offer academic counseling, priority registration, tutoring, speakers from education, conferences, and campus visits as well as information on the transfer process, financial aid, and career advising.

ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible, students must: 

1. be in an education major/want to become a teacher; 
2. be intending to transfer to a 4-year university; and 
3. demonstrate an economic and/or educational disadvantage (generally our students are first generation in their family to earn a bachelor’s degree and/or are eligible for financial aid.)
