Student Success Teams are being developed and implemented in phases across Chabot College's Learning & Career Pathways. This phased approach allows us to build strong cross-functional teams, refine our processes, and incorporate feedback as we expand the model to better support students from entry through completion.

This pathway supports students seeking careers in health science professions and are interested in a career helping others and improving the health of the community. Careers include Nursing, Dental Hygiene, Respiratory Therapy, Dietitian Nutritionist, Radiology/Sonography and many more.

The Industrial Technology Pathway prepares students for a wide range of technical professions across all industries. Lucrative and exciting careers are available in advanced manufacturing, transportation, the building trades, mechanical maintenance, agriculture, inspection, industrial design, workplace safety, technical sales, and many more. This pathway can assist and enrich transfer to a four-year institution.

The Law & Public Safety pathway offers the education and training necessary for students
to pursue a broad variety of careers in law and public safety, including the legal
field, law enforcement, corrections, fire technology/fire science, and emergency medical
