CHANGE PASSWORD

For Chabot College users who know their current password, you can change your password by:

  1. Going to any domain computer, on campus. This is typically the desktop computer in offices, cubicles, or  shared areas such as an adjunct office.

  2. Sign into your account with your current password and then press Ctrl-Alt-Delete together.

  3. You will get the "change password" option in one of the listings. Click it to proceed.

  4. Enter your current password, then the new password (twice) to confirm.
    New password must include the following:
    • Minimum 12 characters
    • 1 upper case character
    • 1 numeric character
    • 1 special character (do not use @, as it is reserved)
    • No re-use of previous passwords
