You can easily create an incident by email instead of logging into Service Now.
Please follow these directions:
- In the Subject, include your location (Chabot, LPC, District) plus the incident Short Description.
- In the Body, include the incident details and comment.
- When ready, email to email@example.com and/or firstname.lastname@example.org

Please notify computer support of any planned or current computer moves as soon as feasible. All computer and phone moves must be coordinated and initiated through computer support.
