2 ways to get your Student ID card
Request by Email (Recommended and quickest)
Request in person
Email all the required documents to cc-photoid@chabotcollege.edu
Processing time for your Student ID card may take 5-7 days.
Please bring all the required documents.
WHERE: At the Counseling Center in building 700, 2nd floor.

Required documents for a Student ID card
Students would need to provide their:
- Photo ID (Driver’s License, state-issued ID; Permanent Resident Card, High School ID or US Passport)
- Copy of Current Class schedule with W# fully displayed on schedule (available on MyPortal)
- Recent photo to be used on the Student ID card
- Mailing address (if you would like your Student ID mailed to you)
Required documents for an employee Chabot ID card
Employees would need to provide their:
- Photo ID (driver’s license, state-issued ID; Permanent Resident Card or passport)
- Verification of employment
- Recent picture to be used on the employee Chabot ID card
