PAC Tickets

The PAC is excited to announce that we are now offering ticketing as a new service using a new ticketing system, PurplePass, for in-person, livestreamed, or hybrid events. This automated system not only allows for efficient and effective ticket sales and reporting, but it automatically socially distances patrons to help promote the maximum capacity allowed in the venue based on COVID-19 restrictions. The system is also used as our tool for contract tracing during COVID.

There is no cost to use PurplePass for free events or to receive donations using this system. To sell tickets, there is a $0.99 fee per ticket and a fee of 2.5% of the total ticket sales, both of which are charged to the patron who is purchasing the tickets. Clients can also sell merchandise on PurplePass for a fee of 2.5% of the total merchandise sales. Clients who use PurplePass's merchant account to sell tickets or merchandise will be charged a 3% credit card processing fee.
