Performing Arts Center

Here is an update to our current COVID-19 protocols as of 08.17.2022:

As part of Chabot & Las Positas College District (CLPCCD), Chabot Performing Arts Complex is required to follow COVID-19 safety protocols implemented by the Chabot Las Positas Community College Board of Trustees. These policies include a vaccine mandate for all individuals attending in-person on-campus activities within the District (BP 7330 Communicable Diseases, & BP 5210 Communicable Diseases for Students).

At this time, it is required that all members of the public age five and over must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 before visiting our campus. This means that at least two weeks must have passed since each individual received their second dose of Pfizer or Moderna, or their first shot of the J&J vaccine. Booster shots are not required at this time.

The only current exemptions to the vaccination policy are children under the age of five. At present, we are not able to accommodate medical or religious exemptions for performers, volunteers or patrons, and we are not able to accept a negative COVID-19 test in place of vaccination.

It is also required by these Board Policies that everyone wears an appropriate face mask (at least two pieces of fabric thick and fully covering the nose and mouth) while inside our campus buildings.
