Be Part of a New Learning Community at Chabot College: Springboard to Transfer
Students in Springboard to Transfer take one English course and one general education course each semester, and these courses are linked together by a shared book. The same English instructor stays with students for three semesters, and a strong sense of community develops among students and faculty.
In Spring 2006, English 1A is paired with Humanities 30: Religion and Contemporary Culture. The courses share the best-selling mystery novel The Da Vinci Code.
